Our Mission Statement
The Mission of ICWA is to provide an information forum for those in the Water/Waste-water Industry in the greater Inland Empire (IE) of Southern California. This by providing continued awareness of projects and changes in regional, state and federal regulations, that effect the delivery and sustainability of drinking water and water reuse.
